Jigyansa Mohanty is a banking professional who resides in Indianapolis, USA with her husband, two kids and two beautiful parakeets. A person who played with numbers once, soon found her passion in writing once she stepped into this busy and bustling foreign country which has a charm of its own. Her write- ups have found place in various online and print magazines like Setu, Indian Review, Induswomanwriting, Women’s Web, Youth Ki Awaaz, Muse India(your space), Taapoi. Her first book “Staggered” was published in the year 2020. Jigyansa was Orange Flower Award finalist for the year 2020 and 2021. She was recipient of Criticspace Literary Journals “Best Indian Author Award”. The book was amongst top ten featured books of the year by Literoma Inc. Jigyansa’s pieces have been part of various anthologies like Chasing Hope, To The Land And Sky, Tagore and Romance – A Classic Compendium.
